Groupon Privacy Policy

Groupon ("we", "our", "us") operates the Groupon mobile application (com.hx.groupon) and website (groupon.hexa.asia) to provide restaurant discovery, verified foodie reviews, daren exploration notes, and group-buying vouchers across the Philippines.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & Voucher Data: Username, email/phone number, and group-buying voucher orders strictly for issuing and redeeming your in-store vouchers.
• Location & Reviews: Optional city/LBS coordinates to sort nearby shops, and photos/reviews voluntarily published by you.
• Payment Records: Payment intent status (via QRPh, GCash, Maya, or Card). Groupon never stores raw card numbers or e-wallet PINs.

2. Data Deletion & User Rights

You can permanently delete your account and personal data anytime inside the Groupon App (Me → Settings → Delete Account) or via Account Deletion.
